Our Services

Logistics Besides the production product quality, we also see the packing and transportation should be taken care of well. We use outer and inner carton to pack the wooden box and display. EPE + tissue paper to protect the product surface. Foam is essential packing material for protecting the goods and it's been utilized in our packing for boxes and display. Happy Customer Consultancy is the key for our sales spirit, we must understand customer's demand and make sure the quality is delivered in every production and logistic aspect by working with professional logistic companies and maintain strict QC standard. After-sales services We are always in contact with our business and it's very important for us to provide long term service for the products we sold to the customer. We generally provide two years warranty for the products sold and problems happens within the warranty period, we will provide the free parts for exchange. Products sold after two years, the parts will have to be charged to provide for customer exchanging purpose.
